1. Introduction

Cube-16 is a unique and innovative concept for representing the 4x4 cube, created as a 2D cross. This concept was invented by Mr. Claude Gonneville, and his idea has been patented. The mobile application was developed in partnership with Groupe informatique Momentum inc. (Quebec, Canada).

This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and what rights users have.

2. Data Collected

2.1 Technical and Usage Data

Cube-16 collects technical data to improve stability:

  • Device model, Android version, language, country
  • App version, internal state
  • Anonymous usage data

Collected via Firebase Analytics.

2.2 Crash Data

If the app crashes:

  • Error trace
  • Application state
  • Technical device information

Collected via Firebase Crashlytics.

2.3 Local Files (JSONL)

Cube-16 may generate local JSONL files:

  • Stored only on the device
  • Not automatically transmitted
  • Deletable by the user
  • May be disabled in future versions
3. Use of Data
  • Improve stability
  • Understand usage patterns
  • Fix errors
  • Ensure Android compatibility

No selling or commercial sharing.

4. Data Sharing

Shared only with:

  • Firebase Analytics
  • Firebase Crashlytics
5. Storage and Security
  • Data stored on Google's secure servers
  • JSONL files remain on the device
  • No personally identifiable data collected
  • Encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS)
6. User Rights
  • Uninstall the app
  • Delete JSONL files
  • Request information
  • Request deletion of device-associated data
